Expertise In Machinery & Equipment

Hi, just wanted to share my experience with Reiser Grafische Machinen. This is a truly awesome company!!! A few weeks ago I have reacted on an offer of a very nice Duplo DC-618. They were very reactive and answered all my questions swiftly. They were also flexible in setting an apointment to visit as I had to travel for 6+ hours. We received a warm welcome and the device was nicely set up, ready for me to test. After deciding to purchase they loaded and secured the device very professionally in my van, making sure it was tight and secure for the trip back. They even contacted me later that evening to check if we made it home safely. The next day I have set up the device in my shop and a few hours later it was allready in production. We have been in contact several times since than to verify all still was working as expected. I want to thank Reiser Graphical Machinen for their service and support and most of all their company spirit and values. Thanks a lot and keep up being awesome.

Reiser Team is prompt, professional, and extremely supportive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was very well organized. Highly recommended!

I ordered Heidelberg PM 52-2 machine from Mongolia. At first, I doubted a bit of their packaging and shipping service due to my past experience with a different company. This doubt has vanished as I received my machine, seeing how securely and carefully they packed it. REISER Grafische Machinen offers the most reliable post-purchase experience. So, I would highly recommend them for anyone, especially from the overseas, interested in buying well-used, second-hand printing machine.

Hello, I contacted him for a machine I saw on the website. Even though I did not know him, he said he had paid for the machine and it was loaded the same day he put it next to the machine with all the parts missing. I was very pleased. I am waiting for the time to do business again.
