Disassembly, transport, and reassembly, including installation of a HIGHCON EUCLID III digital laser punching machine
At the end of October 2025, we started our new project—an unusual technical challenge!
The uninstallation of a used laser punching machine from the manufacturer HIGHCON, model EUCLID III, in sheet format 76 x 106 cm.
Our technicians carefully dismantled the individual assemblies, such as the sheet feeder, main unit including the 3 x 400 watt laser units, sheet delivery, cooling unit with inlet and outlet, and the exhaust air system with connected cyclone.
The loading of the individual machine parts, transport by semi-trailer, and unloading at the new installation site went smoothly.
The reassembly of the HIGHCON EUCLID III, which took several days, required all the technical knowledge and skill of our technicians.
After complete reinstallation at the new installation site, it was successfully put into operation and handed over to the new owner.
We would like to thank you once again for the trust you have placed in us!
