Friction feeder WR-Feeder 250

The WR Feeder 250 friction feeder is suitable for sheets, cards, folding boxes, protective covers, coupons, etc. up to a maximum format of 250 × 300 mm with a powerful stepper motor that ensures a feeding speed of up to 70 metres/minute.

The product is fed via rubber rollers that operate in opposite directions. The system is equipped with micro-regulators on both the right and left sides, making it extremely flexible for all types of products to be used. The maximum filling height of the feeder is 300 millimetres and is equipped with a minimum filling height control, which guarantees a high degree of autonomy during operation. The WR FEEDER 250 can be optionally equipped with an HP marking system for labelling various texts such as date, time and barcodes, with a maximum product height of 12.7 mm and a resolution of 300 dpi.

The system is microprocessor-controlled and has a keyboard with a 2-line LCD display with 20 characters each and 7 function keys as a user interface, where all working parameters such as feed speed, stop delay, print delay, output count or the storage of 40 working formats can be set. During operation, the machine status can also be displayed with the production data.

The additionally available L and XL versions enable the processing of very long products and/or the use of multiple printers/print heads.
