For the production of writing pads with cover sheet Width: min. 105 mm, max. 330 mm Length: min. 148 mm, max. 355 mm Block thickness: min. 3 mm Block thickness: max. 15 mm Manufacturing process: The unglued blocks cut to size are manually laid onto the feed station in by hand. The further process follows automatically. The blocks are aligned and pushed into a magazine drum. These are then glued to the head side with hot glue and dried. Subsequently, the blocks are fed further and the envelope is grooved, supplied, glued and struck around the block. Finally, the finished blocks are laid out on a table.
